Reporting to the Vice President, Ecommerce, you’ll lead the development of the overall online marketing strategy and program that leverages all available online marketing channels to drive audience growth.
- Effectively and efficiently manage and optimize all online channels including but not limited to SEM, display ad programs, online audio/video, mobile and social
- Maximize existing channels while identifying and responsibly testing prospective channels, partners and campaigns
- Focusing on driving maximum brand appropriate advertising coverage while producing targeted minimum ROI levels and fully optimized campaigns
- Maximize advertising opportunities online as well as region targeted offline campaigns
- Collaborate with Product and Curatorial teams to discover new opportunities and develop integrated marketing programs
- Identify and measure key performance metrics of various programs to maximize effectiveness
- Management of email marketing (list development and management, campaign development and implementation, content strategy, contact strategy, and promotional calendar)
- Creation of a segmentation strategy for email that maximizes life cycle of customers – increase 2nd order rate, grow email database

75% Develop, execute and update action plans against existing and new target accounts to achieve and exceed sales quotas within the assigned geographic segment. Prospect and penetrate new accounts for acquisition through a variety of channels. Convert new accounts into loyal accounts. Attend trade shows, conferences and industry meetings. Plan and execute sales trips, sales calls, site visits and client entertainment. Develop strong internal/external customer relationships.
15% Analyze and maintain knowledge of customers, market trends and competition. Participate in regular business reviews and sales meetings. Provide progress reports to MM Sales Leader and Metro Market property DOSM/DORMs. Monitor, collect and analyze data and communicate all information to team.
5% Uncover Team HOT opportunities (outside of the Cluster properties)
5% Supervise Coordinator staff in the planning, administration and execution of select client events and other sales and marketing promotions.
